Hi Folks-

I will need to work while on my November B2B 😑

Need details on connectivity (speeds up/down) in cabin and also Cyber Cafe and costs for upgrade to streaming for one device and or the costs in the Cyber Cafe.

I have the basic wifi that came with the Easy drink package.

Many Thanks in advance for 1st hand knowledge/ experience.

I’ve been trying to find out if this is possible as well as we have Easy Plus drinks and WiFi browsing for 2 devices included.

I have phoned MSC twice the first call the rep didn’t understand my question.
Second call the rep asked a supervisor who came on and told me it is possible but she didn’t know how to do it for me and advised me to go to guest services once onboard

So that’s the plan. We cruise Divina 11/14
Which sailing(s) are you on?
Whichever one of us is first we can start a new thread here to let others know if it’s possible and how much it is.

I was able to find pre-cruise (48hr before boarding) pricing for streaming 1-device.

They had no specs up/down, just that video calls and netflix etc worked.

Note: I have Easy Plus package with basic 2-device wifi.

Unlimited data, 24/7 during entire cruise.

My Divina departure:

Nov 14th for 7 nights is $100.73

Nov 21st for 11 nights is $158.29

Was told that it was 20% more to buy onboard; but if you buy onboard you can use OBC.

No word yet on Cyber Cafe, if open, hours, services, prices...

Also got pricing for upgrade of drinks to Premium Extra for both cruises.

Cheers,

What price on 11 night premium extra?  Assuming it is also 20% cheaper than on board.  Thanks

So if we upgrade to “browse and stream” it would only be for 1 device even though our package includes 2?

Where did you find the pricing is it on the MSC website?

I am traveling solo so only was requesting 1-device for streaming...will use phone on base wifi.

the Premium Extra for 11- night is $220.00 (above Easy Plus) for solo traveler...did not ask for rice for couples or other configurations.

Thanks for doing the research.  We found the wifi to be slow in our cabin, but OK in other places.  Please let us know your experience; and if you were able to video from your cabin.  The cyber cafe may be the place to go, but not so private or quiet.

Hi Neptuno, which wifi package did you have?

Could you be more specific about the device and  web activities you were using/trying...

When was your cruise and on which ship?

Many Thanks!

If you tag neptuno like this  @neptuno they will get a notification and see your question. (They should see it now that I’ve done it )
