taminark Posted February 19, 2006 #1 Share Posted February 19, 2006 someone posted that the windjammer had snacks each afternoon- what type of things do they serve?
fireguy091 Posted February 19, 2006 #2 Share Posted February 19, 2006 I don't remember what time the windj. shuts down but I thinkaround 3 or 4pm. Your best bet for snacks is room service. Lots of good stuff there.
ribarfly Posted February 19, 2006 #3 Share Posted February 19, 2006 On the Brilliance last Dec. late afternoon snakes were tacos, nachos, hot dogs, fries, pizza, hamburgers, sandwich wraps, pastry and ice cream.
dh01498 Posted February 19, 2006 #4 Share Posted February 19, 2006 On the Voyager class ships you can get snacks ( pizza, sandwiches, cookies, fruit, & cake ) at the Promenade Cafe which is open 23.9 hours a day. And the chocolate chip cookies there are to die for:D
Merion_Mom Posted February 19, 2006 #5 Share Posted February 19, 2006 I remember even more stuff in the WJ, and it stays open until 4:45 or so. Salads, fruit - I don't eat fried or fatty foods, or breads, and I always found nice, healthy snacks in the WJ in the afternoon. Room service, snackwise, will get you a cheese plate or a fruit plate. You can get sandwiches and wraps, too. Oh, salads, too. Don't worry - it's impossible to go hungry on a Royal Caribbean ship. Unless you do so deliberately. :D
