C & Anchor points missing!

I just did a review of my C&A points and suggest anyone keeping track do the same.  I had 436 as of Sept 10, 2021 and did a 7 day for double points. That should have brought me to 450 and 51 cruises.  My profile only showed 446.  D+ desk was very polite (always are) and corrected it with a supervisor.

Here's the other glitch. I pulled my wiles profile and she is showing 47 cruises--- she actually has done 1 more cruise than I did to Europe so she should have 52 cruises and not sure the points.

Have to keep an eye on everything they do, way too many mistakes. I am watching daily for my recent cruise points to hit. They say it can take 10 days, we will see!

Our points are also incorrect. I was going to give it another week for our last cruise points show up before I contact them.
