Question Suite lounge Quantum class

I know the Quantum class has a suite lounge. What I do not know is if beer / wine is available for lunch as well or only during the 5-8pm time frame? 

Thinking of upgrading now or waiting to see if we receive a RoyalUp offer. I know the RoyalUp offers are not guarnateed. 

 

I currently see a grand suite 1 bedroom avaialble for our January cruise. Trying to decide if we need the beverage package if we take this room.

There’s been no reports of that being available, seems to be an Oasis class thing only.

Which ship? On the Odyssey it is at the back of the ship deck 13.
