dandtgeddes Posted November 3, 2021 #1 Share Posted November 3, 2021 (edited) Gidday fellow cruisers! So, our intergenerational family cruise was cancelled in March 2020, the night before we were to fly from Auckland to Sydney. FCCs were issued, allgoods. Then, another trip was booked for March 2021, using the FCC credit, with a few extra people added to the mix, also cancelled. FCCs were issued, but some credit given to people in the party who didn't pay by FCC. Then a further March 2022 trip was booked, used FCCs again, can-celled! Again, incorrect FCC refund values & people who didn't use FCC to pay now have FCC credit that was originally someone else's. 🙄 I have spent 18 months trying to iron out this mess, so fed up! 😒 While I understand that it is not the cruise line's fault they can't sail, they do have a responsibility to refund or reissue FCCs correctly. 🤬 Please, does anyone know someone who can assist? 😢 Thank you all, we will get cruising again, someday. They are all working for love at the moment and are understaffed. You have to feel for them. I had a similar problem to the op ,it was to complicated and I didn’t bother. Then after a couple of months they said they theres been a mistake and here $200 OBC for the inconvenience.
