Sheraton Puerto Rico in the convention center area about 2 miles from the Old San Juan cruise piers or  La Concha Hotel  in the Condado area about 3 miles .  San Juan Marriott in the Condado is just slightly further away than the La Concha at about 3.5 miles. On the off  chance that you'll be docked at Pan American pier, the Sheraton is only about a mile away.
