breakfast in Galveston

We have a couple hours before boarding the Liberty. Does anyone know of a good breakfast cafe where we could eat and pass the time? We will have a car.

Mosquito Cafe on 14th, Star Drugstore downtown on 23rd,  America's Kitchen on Harborside by UTMB, Gumbo Diner on Seawall near 37th St.,  Millers on Seawall at 19th

Long waits, noisy and loud, cramped table spacing and just not relaxing to us .
