Luggage tags

Can anyone tell me the dimensions of a cunard (queen victoria) baggage tag? I want to buy some as a christmas gift but its too soon for me to print them off to find out.

When it's folded up and ready to be stapled to a luggage handle my tag from Jun 2019 is about 19.4 cm long by 3 cm wide. If you want to keep the passenger name visible on the same side of the tag as the room number make the width 6 cm rather than 3.

 

The tag could also be folded in half lengthwise so about 9.7 cm long by 3 or 6 cm wide.

Thank you. The holders im looking at are 7 x 18.8 so that would work?

You should be fine.

 

I rechecked and my 19.4 cm includes the overlap area where you're supposed to staple the two ends together so if necessary you should shorten the tag by 2 cm or so by cutting off that section.

I usually print them on an A4 sheet of paper then fold them, but as Underwatr says, that allows for stapling the ends together.
