Unless NCL has dramatically changed the way they will do things on the SKY (once it gets sailing again), Yes!

Yes. There will be a suites meal served in one of the specialty restaurants. For us, the suites breakfast is fine. But the unchanging lunch menu is kinda boring. So for us, it is good for a couple of days,,, then we venture out for other lunch options.
