Medallions Stuck in New York

For our October cruise on Majestic, got notification it was coming from Miami. Got it three days later

went direct to Ca..  Wonder what is going on with the way packages are now traveling.

Update on my Medallion delivery: literally 24 hours after inquiring status of order on Princess Chat (which got nowhere), I received an email today that Medallions are on their way and scheduled to arrive this Friday via USPS (originating from Miami).

 

My sailing is on December 18th, so these should arrive a full two weeks in advance. 

Here's hoping USPS stays on track!

Guess I'm a lucky one: Medallion's arrived early, a full two and a half weeks before the sailing.

We received an email from Ocean Notifications that our medallions were on the way (about 2 weeks before sailing).

 

Like others here, our order has been in Carson, CA for several days now. USPS has never touched this package, so it is not their issue. Package is apparently at PK Express in Carson which is a US branch of a Chinese based business with an F rating with the BBB. They do have a tracking system which is based in Russia.

 

All in all, doesn't give you a warm, fuzzy feeling!

Well, it looks like PK Express has handed our medallions off to USPS and they are showing delivery this Saturday. 7 days pre-cruise.

We live on the east coast, and ours appeared to have made the same route (Jamaica, NY to California then to North Carolina).  However the timing doesn't add up, not sure they ever went all the way to CA and came back across the country to NC.  We still received them 15 days prior to sailing so all is good 🙂.

Medallions arrived ahead of USPS schedule. Only took one day once they had it in their hands.
