luvtollers Posted November 23, 2021 #1 Share Posted November 23, 2021 We sail on the Bliss on 12/12 (19 days from today). All of my check in items are green with one exception. For information on #2, Contact Information, I cannot get the system to properly show the phone number with the country code. I can enter it with the country code, but when I hit SUBMIT, it only shows the phone number. Which means it won't give me my green checkmark. The bizarre thing is that my husband's check in, for the same information, shows just fine. His shows the (1+) before the number, but mine only shows the number. I have entered, reentered, used Albania as the country code, totally cleared it out, etc etc. Nothing seems to work. Has anyone had this problem? Thought I would ask all of you in case there is some special or easy way to fix it before I call NCL customer service. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
