Star Class at Cape Liberty - Bayonne

Is there still a special drop off area (with luggage) at the Bayonne port? Pre covid we met the Genie at the entrance and we were escorted in through the terminal with our luggage. I need this help since my husband cannot see. Final payment is due in two weeks. My husband loves cruising (even to sit on a balcony and listen to the ocean), but I need the help the Genie provided before covid. Can someone share any changes because of covid regulations?

We were star out of Bayonne in late September.  Special drop off area right by the door to the terminal. Our genie met us outside, walked us through security, and to the check in person.  He left us shortly while we were being checked in to check on another of his guests.  He was back just as were finishing and walked us on board and to our room.  Our luggage was taken at the purple banner and met us in our room about 10ish minutes after we got there. 
 

we got there just as the terminal opened so probably the worst time to arrive.  This was our first time on royal caribbean so I can’t comment on changes.  From what I’ve read, genie spent less time with us than they usually do.  Part might have been COVID, part possibly because there were only 3 genies with 12 star rooms.
