Topdog52 Posted December 4, 2021 #1 Share Posted December 4, 2021 (edited) After booking a cruise with FCC for the 3rd time because of cancellations. If the next cruise is cancelled in 2022 can you just get your original money back from NCL and say the Hell with it? Or are you stuck with the FCC. orwell-g Posted December 4, 2021 #2 Share Posted December 4, 2021 this is becoming a joke. I was booked on the Jade south africa round trip in january 2022 and even after all the bonus FCC and bonus discounts and all the stuff NCL mentionens in their email that will sum up to 4000$ in bonus... if I rebook the same cruise in 2023 it will cost more than twice the 2022 price (after all bonus discounts were applied)
ChiefMateJRK Posted December 5, 2021 #3 Share Posted December 5, 2021 Why didn't you folks just take the cash refund to begin with?

A 25% bonus, 50% in some cases. Sounded good at the time, nobody could have predicted what would happen.

Rare BennyBrun Posted December 5, 2021 #6 Share Posted December 5, 2021 What happens if a new reservation using the FCC is cancelled? The full value of FCC will be credited back to the guest's Latitudes profile if cancellation is outside of standard penalties. Cancellation penalties will be withdrawn from the FCC amount if applicable and remaining balance will be attached to guest's profile. but call and always double check and confirm twice.
