Are Aruba,Bonaire,Antigua Welcoming Cruisers?

I've been eyeing an April cruise to these southern Caribbean islands.  When I look up "travel restrictions", etc., it does not really look like they are welcoming cruise ship visitors due to COVID. 

I hate to waste my time and deposit  money (suite) to find out it is a "no go".  Don't care to go back to the western, or San Juan, or the Bahamas just now.

Anyone have any insight on best websites to use for this kind of information?

I’ll be in Aruba and Bonaire on the Getaway at the end of this month. Everything I’ve read including their port schedules show lots of ships that are scheduled or have already been. 
 

Covid is always changing things, so I think counting on any specific port is still a bit of a gamble though. Pick a ship you like, and if you get to all the ports that are scheduled just call it a bonus.

Still beautiful, and we love the new seating areas on the aft sides of Deck 15 (near the Sunset Bar) where some of the lawn was removed during the “revolution.”
