Cancelling pre booked restaurant reservations

Hi Everyone.  We pre booked our restaurant reservations for our upcoming cruise, all specialty, however, we were upgraded to a Haven cabin so our plans have changed a bit.  We tried to cancel the reservations, but it wont let us so is it safe to assume the concierge can help fix this once we board or should i call NCL?  We werent charged for anything yet so im not concerned about that, but we would like to rearrange them a bit so we can spend some time in the haven restaurant.

The concierge can do it for you.

Yes we had the exact same situation, concierge obtained the refunds for the dining packages

You can not cancel or change reservations on your own. You need to talk with a live agent to do that (a significant weakness in the NCL cruise planner). 

 

When you embark, work with the Concierge staff to book your entertainment first. Then fix all of your restaurant reservations (cancel, move, change).

I agree with Bird, it is a significant weakness in the NCL Planner.  I had to call to change excursions and dinner reservations, pre-cruise.  Or handle it onboard.
