We pre booked our restaurant reservations for our upcoming cruise, all specialty, however, we were upgraded to a Haven cabin so our plans have changed a bit. We tried to cancel the reservations, but it wont let us so is it safe to assume the concierge can help fix this once we board or should i call NCL? We werent charged for anything yet so im not concerned about that, but we would like to rearrange them a bit so we can spend some time in the haven restaurant. thx Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You need to talk with a live agent to do that (a significant weakness in the NCL cruise planner). When you embark, work with the Concierge staff to book your entertainment first.
