Ideas for non-ship excursions in Nassau that don't require a lot of walking

A friend and I will be on the Allure OTS in about 4 weeks with first stop being Nassau.  So far only ship excursions are water related which doesn't fit us.  We are both "women of a certain age" so are looking for easy to moderate level private excursions when in port.  My friend is hesitant about taking a private tour so would also like to know reliability of tour company recommended.

Thanks!

My DH and I took a taxi to John Watling's Distillery.  Not too far but it is uphill.  They have a free tour (we tipped after) and then you can drink the best Pina Colada ever!!!  After that, we walked downhill a couple blocks to the Graycliff area that has a number of cute shops and is very festive looking.  The Graycliff Hotel is very pretty and if they still allow it, you can do a self guided tour.  Check out the beautiful pool in the back!  Walk downhill a few blocks and you are in the main shopping area by port.

Have a great cruise!
