Payd Posted December 18, 2021 #1 Share Posted December 18, 2021 I'm trying to complete my check-in process for our sailing (15 days from now), and having trouble with vaccination records. I've uploaded documents and they come back as "invalid". I've submitted the Canadian QR Code and my AHS (Alberta) vaccination record that shows my three doses along with the dates of vaccination. I'm now on hold after submitting these documents 3 times. Can anyone from Alberta/Canada share your experience with this? I need to book air, but want to ensure this is squared away first. spacetraveler Posted December 18, 2021 #3 Share Posted December 18, 2021 Canada just announced no non-essential travel. Do you think the order would be lifted in 15 days?

Do you think the order would be lifted in 15 days? It’s a recommendation not to travel not a ban, as yet. You can go, but you will need to test upon arrival back in Canada. Quarantine is also possible. I know lots of people going on vacation for the holidays and they’re not cancelling. I guess it depends on your risk tolerance. I probably would not, but that’s just me. Many more are not concerned. To each their own, I guess.

Do you think the order would be lifted in 15 days? I thought it was announced for 4 weeks. It's an 'advisory' not a ban. For what it's worth, Canada has yet to lift the 'advisory' against cruise travel so it becomes a similar personal decision.
