Flights by Celebrity emergency number?

 I used to  have an emergency number for Celebrity air. I no longer have it. Anyone? It seems it was simply dial their phone number and then dial 111.

I googled "flights by celebrity emergency number" and there it was!

Ok danno. I tried that and got zilch.

I had to call Flights by Celebrity to cancel airfare and was given this number in a chat window.  I was able to get through immediately.  There was an option for emergencies once you heard the message.  It's 1 800-533-7803, good luck!

They didn't answer my call on Saturday as things on my ticket were messed up, resulting in me having to buy a new flight directly with the airline. Flight was actually cheaper than before. I sent a complaint to Celebrity and disputed the initial charge with my Amex.

The same day. Celebrity sails on Christmas so I don't care, they should staff their phone lines properly. This is ridiculous and totally unacceptable. Already filed complaints and raised hell over it.
