Tours March 18th Rivieria

My husband and I like to take smaller tours and usually book with Tours by Locals or any recommended tour company from posters on cruise critic.  Spain Day Tours has been recommended.  

 

Those going on the March 18th. Rivieria or have sailed on Rivieria, do you prefer taking tours from Oceania or private tour companies.  Just trying to make our tour decisions and bookings.

At this point in the covid World  who knows if private tours will be allowed  or if the ships will even be sailing in March
