Regent World Cruise Itinerary Change

Two nights ago, right before passengers boarded the ship yesterday, Regent completely changed their World Cruise itinerary.  Now Seven Seas Mariner is sailing the coast of California, through the Panama Canal to Miami, the original itinerary.  From Miami, the ship will meander the Caribbean doing back-to-backs.    One segment cruises up the Amazon, followed by a west bound trip through the Panama Canal, with a few stops in Alaska, then returning to San Francisco on May 5th.

The “old time” world cruisers are staying on and some of the newer cruises who were wanting more of an adventure headed home yesterday.  Those cancelled will receive a full refund with 10 or 15% in FCCs.

This is certainly not a World Cruise but for those who annually take a three to four month cruise to get out of snowy cold regions have some place to cruise.  Hoping everyone onboard can make limoncello out of lemons!
