Anyone on a Celebrity cruise right now using the Basic Surf Internet Package?

I was on the Reflection NYE cruise, with around 1700 onboard, and i found the Stream package to almost useless. i could do email, that was it. Almost impossible to log into my VPN at work. It also randomly disconnected me which was quite annoying. Location didn't seem to matter much as well.

I even tried to work in the Ilounge, but it was too noisy with a constant stream of unhappy people with the wifi. The staff was overwhelmed.
