weregoingcruising Posted January 10, 2022 #1 Share Posted January 10, 2022 If you show up to board and can't show test results do you get your fare refunded or get FCC?
bjstrand Posted January 10, 2022 #2 Share Posted January 10, 2022 I think they are pretty clear in the policies. If you show up without required paperwork in order, you lose out. Same as no passport/ID paperwork.
weregoingcruising Posted January 10, 2022 Author #3 Share Posted January 10, 2022 Is there somewhere on the X website to find the answer?
cruise kitty Posted January 10, 2022 #4 Share Posted January 10, 2022 on website: *Last modified October 22, 2021. Subject to change. “Traveling Party” means your family members living with you in the same household and traveling companions assigned to your stateroom on the cruise. Conditioned upon compliance with the Celebrity Cruises COVID-19 Policies and Procedures in effect at the time of the cruise. Additional terms and conditions apply. See our COVID-19 Refund and Cancellations Policy and your Cruise Ticket Contract for details. **To qualify for a refund, if your COVID-19 test was administered by a provider other than one retained by Celebrity, you must present your verified positive test result in a form acceptable to Celebrity. basically, for any type of refund, you must have complied with all requirements to sail, (vaxxed, test results in hand). I know that I've read if you can prove you took test on time, but did not received results in time, they might be able to help out... but showing up untested, or without vaccine proof, or without proper ID would be not in compliance with the policies, & not covered. Big difference between not getting tested s required, & not having results come though.

Rare cruisestitch Posted January 10, 2022 #6 Share Posted January 10, 2022 Not tested — you”re probably not going to cruise tested but can’t show results — you might be able to get a test at the pier but you aren’t supposed to have two tests in one day
