Hi - these are from the Always Included FAQ page.

Why the change from Sail Your Way?

Vacations should be effortless from the start.  That’s why every Celebrity cruise base rate will now include drinks, Wi-Fi, and tips.

Can guests request a non-alcoholic drinks package if an individual guest does not drink alcohol or is under the legal drinking age?

Our beverage packages include a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options including specialty coffee, fresh squeezed juices, bottled water, sports drinks and soda.  All guests can choose beverages of their choice, with or without alcohol.  Guests under the legal drinking age will only be eligible for non-alcoholic beverages.

I read this to say she will have the Always Included promotion and will be given the non-alcoholic drinks package.

And to be specific, yes the 3rd person in a SR is part of the AI when the cruise and that SR is AI covered. And the above post covers the minor issue. there are many neat non-alcoholic drinks available, especially the great special coffees in El Bacio and many fun drinks throughout. And your daughter gets their gratuities and basic internet covered.

enjoy.

Thank you both. This will be our first time on Celebrity so im not up to speed on everything. We have sailed Carnival, Norwegian, and Royal (mostly on Royal).

We love Celebrity and have cruised the same Lines, except Norwegian, and I tell everyone, I’ve enjoyed Every cruise……but Celebrity is providing what we are looking for in cruising at this time in our lives.

Hope you enjoy it. We took our two daughters on Celebrity when they were teens and they still cruise, and pick Celebrity - when they can.

Sadly there are two different FAQs for Always Included, and you might get a different impression from one vs the other. For example, this one (from https://www.celebritycruises.com/faqs/all-faqs#always-included) suggests 3rd guests would need to purchase the internet package:

Can Third & Fourth Guests purchase additional internet packages?

Additional guests in the same stateroom will be able to purchase an internet package pre-cruise via our Cruise Planner platform or once onboard the ship.

But this one (from https://www.celebritycruises.com/faqs/always-included) has the same question in the FAQ list rephrased:

Will additional guests in the same stateroom receive Wi-Fi packages?

As of December 9, 2020 all guests in the same stateroom will receive the Wi-Fi package corresponding with their Always Included package price. Guests booked prior to December 9, will only receive two Wi-Fi log-ins per stateroom as per the original offering, however, additional Wi-Fi packages may be purchased pre-cruise via the Cruise Planner platform or once onboard.

I think the answers above my post are correct, but one needs to be aware that you get different answers from different agents and from different FAQs.
