We are booked on the April 24th transatlantic out of New York on the Getaway.  Ireland requires this form within 72 hours of arriving, but we have 6 or 7 days at sea before we even arrive in Ireland.  How does this work when arriving on a cruise ship.

You use the internet to fill out the form, just like you would at home.  Either on your own device or one of the ships computers.  If you do not have any complimentary minutes you will most likely need to buy some sort of internet plan. Do not expect NCL to comp minutes just for this situation.

NCL gave everyone 30 minutes of internet time, plus paper forms when I was in Italy.

I had filled out the forms online prior to leaving, so had all the info available to re-enter on the forms to meet the 72hr requirement.

On the Epic in Sept NCL gave us 30 minutes to complete the Spanish locator form however a lot of people found that this was not enough time as it didn't accept Hotmail/Outlook email addresses so they never received their confirmation. They were advised that forms would be available at the pier to complete but as it happened we all just disembarked and were not asked for the forms at all
