Another Extra Tipping Question

It is, of course, a personal choice but I always tip my room steward, waitstaff and bartenders as well, not to get preferred service but to reward a job well done.  As referenced by one poster above, I’ve always had an appreciation for the work that the public restroom attendants do.  They are always smiling and pleasant.  I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t be the same if that was my job.  I gave a modest tip to an attendant on my last cruise and she was thrilled.  On the last day of the cruise she saw me in the hallway and came up to hug me and thank me again!
