Sounds like you have to have a doctor's note, which I assume you could get from the ship doctor. It obviously states coverage due to quarantine, however. I had clients enough tested positive the last day of had cruise. Took a few calls but I got them a prorated refund. If you ate asking about bring able to cancel right up to sailing because you caught covid I cancelled my Jan Odyssey sailing for a full refund as my daughter, then us had covid Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
