FCC Balance

Can someone please tell me how you can access the balance available on your FCC.

 

I logged on to the Princess website and under My Profile, while there is a section for Future Cruise Credit (together with Onboard Credits, and Circle Savings), I was unable to open that tab and see the balance on my FCC.

 

Does Princess show you the balance on your FCC when you log in, and if so how does one access that info.

Yes, I went to the same link you did. Yesterday the new FCC showed up. previously it just showed Zero.

If you have any FCC, it shows on the top of the box.  If not, zero.  

 

They have been very slow in posting FCC to accounts after cancellations.   You may have to wait .....

I cancelled last week and refund came to CC in 3 days and FCC showed up today and was immediately transferred to my Oct cruise by my Princess vacation planner...really surprised and impressed...now just hoping that cruise sails!

Thanks everyone for your prompt replies. Appreciate it. I cancelled mine on Dec 6th but still do not see the FCC posted to my account. Will need to follow up with my TA.
