Refund question

I got a price reduction before final payment day at the beginning of November and still dont have it yet. I have already returned from my cruise. Anyone else have this issue? It is about $500 so I wanted to use it for the cruise. they said before I left that it was in process and i should get it on the cruise and that didnt happen. I then called again last week and they said it was in process. 

 

It gets old that they can take the money right away but to get it back shouldnt take this long. grrrr. 🤨
