Cancelling Internet due to price drop, what happens to OBC?

I purchased an internet package using on board credit as part of the payment for an upcoming cruise. The internet package is now cheaper. If I cancel the pre-booked internet package and rebook at the lower price, will the on board credit be restored?

Yes. OBC returns to your cruise planner account instantly.
