Celebrity Summit Vaccine APP Upload Problem-Seeking Input

I have twice tried to upload my CDC Vaccine info. To the Summit’s App and keep getting a note saying “ there is a problem with you vaccine information”. Has anybody else experienced this? And if so, what was the remedy/resolution? We are still going to bring our cards to the terminal and I assume that will suffice. But want to avoid any unnecessary delays at embarkation, if possible.

We had this problem for our May 4 sailing for one of us. After 4 tries and several calls with 30-45 minute hold times, Celebrity finally accepted the card upload for J&J Vax. Pfizer was accepted on the first try. Not sure if the fact that J&J was a one shot (vs 2 for Pfizer) was a problem or something else. Was unable to get an answer to what the problem was from phone customer service. Wish you luck.
