Current Capacity on Theme Cruises?

Im asking for my friend (really I am), my BFF and her DH are going on their 2nd cruise next week.  The Monsters of Rock on Freedom of the Seas.  We were talking about capacity limits.  Looks like RC is still around 50% capacity.  Anyone know how that figures with a themed cruise? I looked for a roll call and there isnt one.  Hoping someone here can give me a general idea,  Not going to hold you to it. With it being a themed cruise, and different pricing, I have no idea if they would still sail at 50%.

They took their first cruise in October, and by the end of December they had booked to cruise with my DH and I in 2024.  So they are hooked (took her forever to get on the cruise addiction...).  Just trying to give her a little insight.

I did also ask in the Theme Cruises Forum, but it is not very active, so I thought I would ask here as well.

TIA for any help,

If it's a full charter, capacity is likely to be much higher than the current "regular" sailings (even partial charter/themes).

Thank you - That was my thought too, because how do they decide who goes and who doesnt?  My BFF booked it ORIGINALLY end of feb 2020, before everything went to h e double hockey sticks.
