roupa Posted February 4, 2022 #1 Share Posted February 4, 2022 Looking for opinions on purchasing CRUISE CARE for an upcoming cruise. Is it worth it? What might it NOT cover?

39august Posted February 4, 2022 #3 Share Posted February 4, 2022 I imagine most folks will say you can get better coverage with a third party insurer. However, at our ages, other insurance is very expensive. Cruise Care is based on price of the cruise, not your age. So that is what we get. The basic coverage amounts are fine with us. However, if I were cruising other than the northern part of the western hemisphere, I would want more extensive coverage. As for non-refundable, I will probably only do that again with some ridiculously low pp rate, like $50 deposit, or less. Anything else, I would rather pay more for refundable.
