Transfer OBC to another family member (different booking, on same cruise)

I'm curious if anyone has ever transferred OBC from your own booking to another booking.  Basically I would like to transfer about $100 OBC to another family member on a different booking.  We are all on the same sailing, but their OBC is less and would like to surprise them with some extra OBC.  I was thinking that if this can be done, I would do it at Guest Services once onboard.  But as I think about it more, it may not be allowed, especially if it is non-refundable OBC.

TIA
