Day beds together on CocoCay

My DH and I will be cruising with my parents,  sister, BIL and two teen niblings. We all reserved day beds at Chill Island on Cococay. How should we go about trying to get our day beds together? Call now? Excursion desk on embarkation day?

They are assigned.  So I would go to guest services AS SOON AS YOU BOARD, with the info on each reservation and have them assigned together.
