RoperDK Posted February 8, 2022 #1 Share Posted February 8, 2022 I have a new knee and am awaiting a new hip. I can walk a bit. How much is the walk to town over the bridge? Is there a way to get a taxi/shuttle back to the ship if I can't make the distance? I thought the trolley would be interesting, but does the ship's excursion take you there and back? Thanks! Rare crewsweeper Posted February 8, 2022 #2 Share Posted February 8, 2022 it's maybe 1/2-3/4 mile to the pedestrian Queen Emma swing bridge. Not sure about taking a taxi that short of distance. But probably take you the longer way around into Wiliemsted. If you take the trolley tour ship excursion, they bus you to the pick up point and can bus you back. If you hang out in town, you'll have to walk back.
