ft. lauderdale airport transfer to mia hotel night before cruise

Well, the title pretty much says it all. We are flying in Fll the night before our cruise from Mia., but want to stay at a hotel in Mia.  Can anyone please suggest the best way for the four of us to get to hotel?

We will be doing the same thing later this year. We were going to take an Uber unless someone knows of a better option.

There’s just 2 of us and the estimate was for an UberX. 4 people with luggage would probably need an UberXL which is probably around $30 or so more. The prices fluctuate depending on supply and demand.

Baha is right - Uber or Lyft for about $50+ will get you to downtown Miami hotels close to POM.  SAS and most of the shared shuttles shut down by the afternoon (not enough passengers) or will charge a premium, but it does not hurt to ask.  Taxi on the meter will be $75+.

 

You could look at the Brightline train - shuttle from FLL, then the train, then a shuttle or taxi/Uber to get to your hotel.  I suspect the door to door service provided by Uber/Lyft is a better option.

 

Or stay near FLL and then use a shared shuttle to get to POM the next day - fares start at about $15 per person.  It's your call!
