Embarkation day lunch on Millennium

We will be on the Millennium next week (Feb. 17) and are wondering where is the best place to grab lunch.  Are most eateries open at that time?  Thanks.

If you are in a Suite Luminae is open.  If you were a concierge, you can have lunch in the main dining room. Otherwise the buffet, the pool grill (and possibly the spa cafe) are open

I was planning on doing Sushi on Five as I really prefer to be served than go to the buffet especially during the frenzy of embarkation day. This menu is a la carte pricing. The app for my March 7 sailing indicates it is open 11:30 - 3:00 on embarkation day.

 

Only way I won't do that is because I am on a "side to side" cruise coming from Silhouette so not sure if they will invite us S2S (actually, B2B in Celebrity's parlance) cruisers to join the consecutive B2B cruisers in the concierge class lunch in main dining room. Probably not.
