herbanrenewal Posted February 10, 2022 #1 Share Posted February 10, 2022 I’m checked in and ready to go Dec 27 from Tampa, but I cant find the email confirmation for the pre-cruise covid test at the pier. I know i had a bar code that made testing much simpler when i cruised from Rome in December. Can I just show up without the proof that i registered? If I need that email how do i get it before the 27th? TIA

So, have you completed your NCL Check-In online for your Feb 27 cruise? Did you register (again recently?) with the test provider in Tampa? Perhaps (I'm not certain) if you log back into your My NCL and go through the process, you can find a way to retrieve your "Tester" account info, and call or email them. Good Luck! FlGoodShips Posted February 10, 2022 #3 Share Posted February 10, 2022 Just sailed on Joy and did not have barcode...they just looked up name with boarding pass. Don't stress. Don't need it. Just make sure your checkin status shows 100%. 2

Its a different process than we used in December so I am confused, but if FlGoodShips's experience holds true for me I'm good!
duckey.l Posted February 10, 2022 #5 Share Posted February 10, 2022 Just did this for our 2/26 departure. There is a link in the check in for the CVS testing. Once you register with CVS they will send you an email with a link to the barcode.

smplybcause Posted February 11, 2022 #8 Share Posted February 11, 2022 About to head off on Escape. We had to pre-register with CVS and got an email with a barcode. No idea what happens if you show up without it...might hear what happens when I show up to port...but I followed the instructions on checkin.
