I already have one NCL booked for 2024- just haven’t added it to my signature yet. They do seem to have the best loyalty program IMHO. May also use this as as an opportunity to try something new!

I am not upset with the changes - however, since I booked my cruise with Princess Plus 10 months before sailing I am now not receiving the product I paid for. It angers me that Princess didn’t grandfather in customers who had already purchased the package. It shows that they do not care about loyal customers. This will probably be my last Princess cruise.

@Sand and Seaswe are staying at Comfort Inn Manhattan Midtown West, 5 minute walk to pier. This is our first time out of NYC so don’t know what to expect. It is on West 48th St.

We were looking for a Transatlantic for Oct of 2023. Didn’t see where NCL was going to have any so we jumped ship and booked the Regal Princess out of Southampton on 10/9. Hopefully it won’t be cancelled, they already changed ships on us. It was supposed to be the Emerald Princess.

We were on the Joy in Feb.2022 and I remember watching one movie at night on the pool deck. Crew brought us 🍿.

Yes, I agree with @Two Wheels Only, if the door is closed we didn’t hear Spice H2O. If sitting outside you could hear it but it was not loud and intrusive- just background ambiance.

Sorry but what is a CVP/PVP? I am assuming it is like NCL’s personal cruise consultants (PCC). I have one for NCL and love him. When I asked Princess customer service if they had something similar they told me that they did not. How do you get one assigned to you? I wanted to upgrade my cabin and spent over an hour with a representative that didn’t seem to know how to do that. She had me calling customer solutions the next morning- I was on hold for over one hour and that representative took care of the issue in 7 minutes.

@munchkin1208We had 2 of the rewards in my account. It wouldn’t let me redeem them on line unless I made an additional payment so I emailed my PCC and he immediately posted them to our booking. I don’t know who is getting these. We have sailed with NCL since sailing resumed - The Joy in Feb 2022.

I am so happy for this thread! I probably wouldn’t have seen these in time! I was able to call my PCC and he took the amount off of the cruise fare for our booked 2023 cruise!

We had a regular aft balcony on deck 11 - B743 on the Island Princess in 2016 to Alaska. It had full views- we loved it and it got us hooked on aft balconies.

Supply and demand……….desirable itinerary + small ship = $$$$$.

Just off the Joy 3/5, aft balcony 12958. So glad I listened to my DH and did not change cabins due to a reported vibration problem. Happy to report there was NO excess vibrations that could be felt anywhere in the aft portion of the ship even in high seas the last couple of nights. Only time we felt any movement was during docking. Loved our aft balcony!
