Which of  ST. Croix; ST. Lucia; Barbados; ST. Kitts currently require ship excursions?

We are cruising soon and trying to plan excursions if necessary.

Hey, thanks for the link.  we are visiting several of the lesser Antilles islands in March and were wondering about where we might need an excursion and where we might venture on our own.  The link really helps.

 

Some excursions we see are offering  a beach day though? Would one be allowed to wander on a beach or snorkel on their own? Say in Antigua or Granada or Barbados? And they don't want you to use fins off boats on excursions apparently in those islands [barbados anyway with turtles around?].   Does same apply to beach snorkeling?
