Someone recently put a link so you could find out rules for each Caribbean port.  I can't find it!  I know it can and does change but if you do have it please could you post it.

Thank you both of you.  You have to read it properly because although it says - for my cruise - Barbados, St Lucia, Greneda and Dominica you have to do Celebrity excursions, just underneath it, it says if you're fully vaccinated you can take an approved independent tour provided by the local government.  

I'm now going to look at what thepointsguy has to say!
