It should show up on your statement in the Navigator app.  I believe you will see the statement appear on your 1st day of your cruise.  You can also pull up your statement through the interactive TV in your room.  The OBC shows in the Charge column in parentheses like this: (250.00) or whatever your OBC amount is.

Correct - once onboard it's on your statement -

However, you can't see what you have coming in advance without asking your TA etc...
