They might have some takers for a Bucharest to Istanbul cruise, although Istanbul has issues of its own.

I do remember paying for the TJ Tours at the end of the 3 days in St. Petersburg by credit card. I was exhausted, but we saw so much for a fraction of what Viking was charging, experiencing local restaurants also. We even saw a show one night and were take back to the ship by private car. (We did have an escort everywhere except the actual performance).

Wife had TJ escort her to the ballet after our day tour. Sat right with the Viking group & she loved it.
TJ driver took her back to the Viking River ship by mistake. Hilarity ensued.
