FCC currency

I had a US dollar FCC from a cruise this past summer.  I used the "Redeem Future Cruise Credit" link on the website to apply the FCC to a Canadian currency booking, and Celebrity converted the FCC to CAD using their current exchange rate and applied it to my booking in CAD funds.  I'm not sure if booking through an agent changes that at all, I had booked both cruises directly with Celebrity.

Hi,

Can a FCC in one currency be applied to a booking in another, for example a FCC in Pounds Sterling to a booking in US Dollars made with a US agent?

Thanks

We have just had this problem. You can't use the automated/online system. We just called Celebrity and they changed the FCC from pounds to Dollars.
