On the island does anyone know if you are still able to get WiFi connection from the ship? Lol, not that I need it, but was just wondering in case I made a FaceTime call to run it in. Also, does the drink package still apply here as well?
And lastly anyone know if I ordered 2 drinks, say one for wife and one for me on the app would that be accepted? As I thought I understood you can only order one drink at a time.

I don't recall if we used the internet on Princess Cay but the Medallion was spotty for ordering drinks. We needed to provide our cabin number at two different bars, as they couldn't get their handhelds to pick us up. We did order drinks to our lounge chairs once and they were delivered with no issues. My wife was with me when I ordered two drinks on the app. They were accounted for individually but I never ordered two drinks when I was alone. Further, if you want to hang out at a bar, go left all the way yo the end of the walkway, past the buffet. There is a bar right before you get to private cabanas (not to be confused with those that are lined up in the public area). It was virtually empty all the time we were there. Hope that helps.

I had a work trip on Regal Princess in February 2020. Our first stop was Princess Cays, and I planned to stay on the ship to work that day, until I learned that Princess Cays allegedly had MedallionNet.

I took an early tender over with my MacBook and set up under a shade structure... and the internet was flawless. I spend the a good chunk of the day doing work, checking emails, pulling things from the cloud and corporate servers without issue. Seriously, it was better than internet at many public locations in the States.

I was also able to use the phone app/medallion to order drinks as needed.
