Cruising out of Pt Canaveral - Where do you go if arrive early?

If you are too early, you stand in line outside.  You are in a covered area so will be out of the sun.

Right around the corner from the terminal is nice waterfront restaurant where you can sit, eat and drink, and look at your ship until it's time for you to board. They open at 7 am and serve breakfast until 10:30.

 

We like to come early and enjoy some time there because we want a parking space, we are excited and want to get out of the house, and I don't like to get on board when I'm hungry.  🙂

You are able to park at the Terminal and walk here? Do you leave luggage in the car ?

Drop off luggage when you arrive as you circle the parking lot lower level, then go up to the parking area and find a spot for your car (and take a photo so you remember!).

 

As you face the parking garage, the ship is directly in front of you; Grills in a hundred yards or so to the left on the adjacent road. It's the restaurant with the teal roof, just behind the ship.
