The one you'd get was Meiomi if you didn't specify but they did have Gloria Ferrer by the glass and they had Chandon by the bottle.  Btw, they also had a sparkling wine flight so you could try different ones.

Both the Meiomi and the Gloria Ferrar were covered in the package so not really sure but the Gloria was probably $11 or $12 a glass and the Meiomi was probably a little less.  

As for the Chandon, it was a gift so not sure of the price.  I would venture a guess it was about $40 a bottle.  I'm not sure they would sell that by the glass.
