Chef's Table being offered on the Edge or Apex?

We (me, sister & my daughter) dined with the Chef back in the summer on the Equinox.  Such a disappointment.  This was my 3rd chefs table with Celebrity and 6th including other lines.  The food was fine, nothing too exciting, nothing over the top.  The wine flight was delicious.  The actual interaction with the Chef was the biggest disappointment.  He seemed to be too busy to really engage with us.  He would introduce the dish then off he would go.  In the past the Chef would spend time chatting, answering questions etc.  We thought he would come out at the end of the evening to chat... but no.  He didn't even come out with dessert LOL  There are so many wonderful options now on the ships I am not sure we will return to the Chefs Table.

I have a booking on the Apex and haven't seen the Chef's Table offered online.  I have asked my travel agent to look into getting a booking but haven't heard back.
