From our starboard midship Emerald deck cabin which was covered sufficiently to not create a lighting issue for us.

But some of the commenters looked at the deck plan and wanted to make me aware that it was a connecting cabin and that I would have a interior door. But I took this cruise on this ship in that minisuite on April 10th and  there was no interior door.

Same!  We were a few doors away and while it said connecting on the website, there was no connecting door.
